Purpose
This Data Processing Agreement describes baseline terms that may apply when RALMIX processes personal data on behalf of a business, school, university, or other organization.
Processing Instructions
RALMIX should process personal data according to documented instructions, applicable law, and the service agreement with the customer.
Security
RALMIX should use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
Subprocessors
RALMIX may use service providers for hosting, analytics, payments, communications, support, and infrastructure. RALMIX should require appropriate data protection commitments from subprocessors.
Assistance
Where required and commercially reasonable, RALMIX may assist with data subject requests, security incidents, audits, and deletion or return of customer personal data.
