Tutor Status
Tutors may act as independent service providers unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Tutors are responsible for their own legal, tax, and professional obligations.
Profile and Lessons
Tutors must provide accurate profile information, prepare suitable lessons, attend scheduled sessions, communicate professionally, and follow RALMIX quality and safety standards.
Payments to Tutors
Tutor compensation, platform fees, payout schedule, refunds, chargebacks, and deductions should be described in the tutor account area or a separate commercial schedule.
Content and Conduct
Tutors must not submit unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, harass users, bypass the platform payment process, or misuse learner data.
Suspension
RALMIX may suspend tutor visibility, payouts, or access where necessary to investigate safety, fraud, quality, payment, or policy concerns.
