Who operates RALMIX

RALMIX LLC is an Egyptian company operating a platform that connects learners with independent tutors. Tutors provide the teaching services; RALMIX administers the platform, payment collection and refund requests when payments are enabled.

Before you pay

When paid bookings become available, the order will identify the tutor, lesson format and duration, number of sessions, schedule or booking process, final price, billing currency and any taxes or fees. No payment provider or accepted card brand has been activated yet.

We do not currently charge recurring subscriptions or automatic top-ups. Do not send card numbers, security codes or passwords by email, chat or a contact form.

Cancellations and refunds

At least 12 hours before a lesson

Cancel or request a new time without losing the lesson.

Less than 12 hours, or a student no-show

The lesson normally counts as used because the tutor reserved the time.

Tutor absence or an undelivered lesson

Contact RALMIX for an agreed replacement or refund of the undelivered lesson.

A wholly unused purchase

Request a refund within 28 days of payment. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Refund decisions are communicated within 30 calendar days or sooner where required by law. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; the bank can take up to 30 days to show the returned funds. Read the full Refund Policy for eligibility and exceptions.
