Our role

RALMIX operates an online platform connecting learners with independent tutors. The tutor identified in a lesson offer supplies the teaching service. RALMIX supplies platform access, booking support and, when payments are enabled, payment collection and refund administration. RALMIX is responsible for its own platform and payment-handling obligations; these terms do not exclude responsibilities imposed by applicable law.

Current availability

Card payments, paid lesson purchases and automatic renewals are not currently available. Browsing, contacting us or joining a waitlist does not create a paid order or guarantee a lesson slot. We do not request payment through a waitlist form.

Accounts and children

Provide accurate account information and keep your login private. A parent or legal guardian must arrange and supervise use by a learner under 18 and make any purchase on their behalf. Notify support of suspected unauthorised access. Tutors must be adults and provide accurate identity, experience and qualification information.

Lesson offers and delivery

Before accepting a paid booking, the offer must identify the tutor, subject, format, lesson duration, number of sessions, scheduled time and time zone or booking procedure, total price, currency and any validity period. Online lessons require an internet connection and suitable audio equipment. A waitlist entry or enquiry is not booking confirmation. Any material change to an accepted booking requires notice and an appropriate alternative or refund where due.

Payments and cancellations

The Payment Terms and Refund Policy form part of these terms. RALMIX administers payment and refund requests for platform bookings. Do not pay a tutor outside an authorised RALMIX payment flow. Future paid orders will require explicit acceptance of the applicable terms before payment.

Acceptable use and content

Use the platform for lawful learning. Do not impersonate others, harass users, manipulate reviews, infringe copyright, complete assessed work for someone else or attempt to access another account. You retain ownership of your content and allow RALMIX to store and display it only as needed to operate the services you use. Do not record a lesson without the participants' agreement and any legally required permission.

Service problems and account closure

Report problems through support. Access may be restricted to address fraud, safety incidents or serious misuse. Where appropriate we will explain the restriction and provide a review channel. Closing an account does not remove any refund right or an existing legal obligation. Educational results are not guaranteed.

Changes and applicable law

Each document shows its version and effective date. Material changes will be communicated before they affect an existing service; new terms do not retrospectively change an accepted order. Egyptian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer and privacy protections that apply to you. Nothing restricts your right to contact a competent regulator or court.
