Rules against misuse, abuse, fraud, spam, and prohibited content.

Published and last updated: September 25, 2026. This expanded edition clarifies service scope, privacy, safeguarding, complaints and applicable legal rights. Publication is not your acceptance and does not retrospectively change an existing agreement. Material contractual changes apply to an existing relationship only after the required notice and valid agreement; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

1. Permitted purpose and application
RALMIX is intended for legitimate learning, teaching, related communications and administration of the Services actually available. This policy applies to Users, content, Account activity and access to Platform systems. It supplements the Terms of Use and is not permission to use a feature that has not been activated.
2. Illegal or harmful activity
Do not use RALMIX for fraud, exploitation, unlawful sexual content, threats, trafficking, money laundering or other illegal services. Do not solicit or distribute child sexual abuse material, groom a minor, blackmail a person or encourage violence against people. Educational framing does not legitimise a request to harm or exploit someone.
Do not publish unlawful personal information, credentials or material obtained by unauthorised access. Do not impersonate a Tutor, Student, parent, rights holder, RALMIX employee or public authority. Respect applicable sanctions and export restrictions; this policy does not announce that every service is approved in every country.
3. Security and technical access
Do not access an Account, private message, database, classroom or administrative function without authorisation. Do not steal or share tokens, bypass role or participant restrictions, evade age/safety controls, or interfere with authentication. Knowing a URL is not permission to use it.
Do not deploy malware, overload the service, run intrusive scanning, intercept another person's session or test production systems without explicit written authorisation for the specific activity. If you encounter a possible vulnerability, stop before accessing further data and notify support with minimal evidence. This is not an announced bug-bounty programme, promise of payment or blanket testing authorisation.
4. Automated collection and commercial misuse
Do not scrape personal profiles or messages at scale, harvest contact lists, automate spam, create fraudulent Accounts or reproduce protected Platform databases for resale. Do not circumvent rate limits or access restrictions. Lawful use permitted by mandatory law remains unaffected; this policy is not intended to eliminate a non-waivable statutory exception.
Do not resell Account access, misrepresent an affiliation or use RALMIX branding in a deceptive domain, advertisement or payment request. Educational links must not become hidden lead-generation or payment-circumvention channels.
5. Financial and review integrity
Do not use stolen payment information, falsify transaction records, invent completed Lessons, claim the same refund twice or manipulate payment disputes. Do not solicit off-platform payments in breach of the Terms. The absence of checkout does not authorise collecting money in RALMIX's name.
Do not purchase or fabricate reviews, inflate student/lesson counts, create false testimonials or manipulate ratings. Genuine criticism and protected chargebacks are not prohibited. A User must not be sanctioned merely for raising a good-faith disagreement about the service.
6. Data, intellectual property and AI
Use content only with the necessary rights. Do not upload pirated books, stolen answer banks or confidential files merely because the intended audience is small. Do not remove rights notices to pass off another person's work as your own.
Do not send private Student information, Lesson media, sensitive data or credentials to an external AI service without lawful authority and any required permission. Do not use AI to impersonate a person, generate exploitative or fraudulent material, defeat safety controls or complete prohibited assessed work. The AI Tutor Terms apply to available AI functions.
7. Safe communication and learning
Follow the Community Guidelines and Child Safety & Safeguarding Policy. Do not use teaching authority to seek sexual, financial or personal benefits unrelated to the Lesson. Do not threaten a child or demand secrecy. Materials must be appropriate to the learner and lawful context.
Private communication channels are not permission for harassment. Do not evade a restriction by opening a new Account or directing others to contact a User on your behalf. A reporting facility must not be used for coordinated false complaints.
8. Investigation and consequences
RALMIX may investigate a credible concern using relevant records, request correction, remove content, limit access, suspend or terminate an Account, or comply with a lawful disclosure requirement. Measures must be proportionate, and necessary evidence may be preserved subject to privacy law. No continuous monitoring or infallible automated detection is promised.
RALMIX may take urgent protective action without prior warning where needed to address an immediate risk or legal duty. Where lawful and safe, the affected User should receive the material reason and a review route. See Complaints, Investigations & Appeals. This policy does not create a power to seize money, erase history or override consumer rights merely on suspicion.
