1. Scope and relationship to other terms

This Disclaimer explains limitations of educational content and available Platform tools. It must be read with the Terms of Use and the terms of the specific service. It does not override an express contractual promise, a mandatory consumer remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

RALMIX LLC operates the Platform. Tutors supply the teaching identified in their offers. Each remains responsible for the obligations legally assigned to them; describing RALMIX as a marketplace is not a universal exclusion of its own responsibility.

2. Educational information and professional advice

Lessons, learning materials, study suggestions and AI responses are intended for education. They are not a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified medical, legal, financial, immigration or other regulated professional. A Tutor's experience in a subject does not by itself establish authority to practise a regulated profession in your jurisdiction.

Do not rely on Platform content for emergency action. Contact local emergency services where needed. RALMIX does not provide clinical assessment, legal representation, financial suitability assessment or an emergency response by virtue of offering tutoring.

3. Learning outcomes and credentials

Progress depends on the learner's starting point, participation, practice, Tutor suitability, resources and external circumstances. No general profile description, recommendation or marketing statement guarantees fluency, an examination score, admission, a visa, a job or earnings.

Platform participation is not automatically an accredited qualification or academic credit. A claim of accreditation or a formal credential requires an identified authorised issuer and specific evidence. Nothing here excuses failure to deliver an expressly agreed Lesson or service with the standard of care required by law.

4. Tutor profiles, approvals and feedback

Tutor profile information is provided by the Tutor and may undergo the checks actually implemented. Approval for publication or a verification label must be understood according to its stated scope. It is not a blanket guarantee of expertise, identity, professional licence, criminal background screening or future safety.

Where genuine ratings or reviews are available, they reflect individual experiences and may not predict yours. RALMIX must not fabricate reviews, activity statistics or success rates. A disclaimer cannot make a misleading claim acceptable. Report a suspected false profile or review through support.

5. AI and automated suggestions

AI-generated information can be wrong, incomplete, biased or outdated and can invent sources. It is not a human Tutor's verified opinion merely because the text is fluent. Verify important statements and respect the AI Tutor Terms.

An automated recommendation or practice score is not a guaranteed diagnosis of ability or a formal admission/employment decision. No unrestricted right to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects is created by this Disclaimer.

6. Availability and technical limitations

Connectivity, browser/device compatibility, provider systems, maintenance and local network restrictions can affect access. RALMIX does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device or in every country. The Online Classroom & Video Call Policy explains media controls and current limitations.

The lack of a universal uptime guarantee does not remove a remedy for failure to provide an accepted paid service. Card payments and recurring subscriptions are not currently enabled under the published Payments information; no payment provider or card brand is implied by this Disclaimer.

7. External resources and user content

External links, teaching references and integrations can be subject to other providers' terms and privacy practices. A link alone is not an endorsement or a guarantee of every statement at its destination. Consider what information you disclose and whether you have the necessary rights to use the resource.

RALMIX remains responsible for its own integration decisions and legal obligations. It does not obtain immunity for knowingly unlawful content or misleading representations merely because a User or provider supplied them. Reports are handled under the relevant content, safety and complaint policies.

8. Safety and privacy limitations

Policies and moderation do not amount to continuous human supervision of Lessons or messages. The current classroom does not offer routine recording, transcription or hidden staff listening. No confidentiality promise can prevent the other participant from attempting an unauthorised capture; such conduct remains prohibited.

Use appropriate device controls, protect credentials and report concerns. No security system is infallible, but that fact does not waive RALMIX's privacy/security duties. The Privacy Policy governs data handling, not this Disclaimer alone.

9. Mandatory rights and contact

Nothing excludes liability for fraud or deliberate wrongdoing, non-excludable negligence or personal-injury liability, or other matters that law prohibits limiting. Consumer protections, data rights, copyright remedies and lawful access to courts/regulators remain available. Liability is governed by the Terms and applicable law, not a blanket “use entirely at your own risk” statement.
