Tutor Code of Conduct

Professional Conduct

Tutors must act professionally, respect students, avoid discrimination and abusive language, attend scheduled lessons, and prepare appropriate materials.

Profile Accuracy

Tutor profiles must use a real photo and accurate descriptions of experience and qualifications. Impersonation and misleading information are prohibited. Any verification indicates only what RALMIX actually checked; it is not a guarantee of expertise, licensing, or background-check status.

Communication and Children

Tutors must maintain professional boundaries and follow the Child Safety & Safeguarding Policy when working with minors. Promotion of third-party services must comply with the Terms of Use and applicable platform rules.

Content and Integrity

Tutors must not use unlawful, harmful, sexually explicit, hateful, fraudulent, or infringing materials, manipulate ratings or reviews, create fake accounts, commit payment fraud, or circumvent platform systems where prohibited by the Terms of Use.

Enforcement

RALMIX may request profile changes, issue a warning, restrict visibility or features, suspend access, or terminate an account in accordance with its moderation and Terms framework.
