What RALMIX Does

RALMIX helps students learn with tutors and online lessons. We use account and lesson information to provide the service and support users.

What Others May See

During a WebRTC lesson, people in the lesson may see or hear what your camera and microphone send. You can control them in the lesson interface. RALMIX does not provide server-side lesson recording or transcription in the current classroom.

Keep Information Safe

Do not share your home address, passwords, identity documents, banking information, or other private information unless an adult you trust says it is needed.

Parents and Help

A parent or guardian should review the Parent / Guardian Agreement and Child Safety & Safeguarding Policy. If something feels unsafe, contact RALMIX through the existing Help Center or support channels.
