Community Guidelines

1. Where these standards apply

These Guidelines apply to public profiles, messages, support interactions, Lessons, uploaded materials, feedback and other community functions actually available on RALMIX. They supplement the Terms of Use. Conduct outside the Platform may be relevant where it creates a concrete risk to RALMIX Users or involves misuse of a relationship or information obtained through RALMIX; this is not a general power to regulate a User's private life.

2. Respect and legitimate disagreement

Communicate professionally and allow others to participate without intimidation. Disagreement, a refund request and criticism are allowed. Do not threaten, bully, stalk, sexually harass, demean a person on a protected characteristic or organise targeted abuse. Do not use a person's accent, disability, nationality, religion, age or learning difficulty as a basis for humiliation.

Educational discussion of a difficult subject must be relevant, age-appropriate and respectful. It is not permission to direct slurs or abuse at participants. Tutors should explain sensitive lesson material and consider the learner's age and legitimate objections.

3. Child safety and professional boundaries

Sexual exploitation, grooming, sexualised communication with minors, coercion and requests for secrecy are prohibited. Do not seek an inappropriate personal relationship or ask a child to conceal contact from a responsible adult. Gifts, attention or educational influence must not be used to obtain private images, contact or compliance.

Follow the Child Safety & Safeguarding Policy and Tutor Code of Conduct. A concern can be reported even when the reporter is unsure how to label it. Do not publicly identify a child or repeat harmful material in order to warn others.

4. Privacy and personal information

Do not expose private addresses, identity documents, credentials, private contact details or confidential communications without lawful authority. Do not record, screenshot or publish identifiable participants in violation of the Online Classroom & Video Call Policy. A recipient's ability to view information does not create permission to redistribute it.

Keep public profiles focused on the teaching offer. Avoid including another person's data without permission. Do not upload private conversations to an external AI tool for entertainment, evaluation or publicity without a lawful basis and any required permission.

5. Authenticity, advertising and integrity

Represent identity, experience and qualifications honestly. Do not operate fake Accounts, impersonate RALMIX staff, fabricate lesson attendance, forge documents or use stolen materials. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive promotions or requests for unauthorised payment.

Promotional content must not mislead users about an endorsement, qualification, price or availability. Do not use profiles or messaging to divert Platform bookings in breach of the Terms. Ordinary educational references and lawful pre-existing relationships are not automatically prohibited; their use must still respect privacy and safeguarding rules.

6. Ratings and reviews

Where a review function is available, reviews must reflect a genuine relevant experience. A review feature does not authorise an unconnected visitor to invent a Lesson or assert an experience they did not have. State opinions as opinions and factual statements accurately. Disclose a material personal or commercial relationship where it could affect how the review is understood.

Buying reviews, exchanging positive ratings, self-reviewing, creating fake learner Accounts, suppressing honest criticism through threats, and organised review bombing are prohibited. Do not offer a benefit conditional on positive sentiment or threaten a false accusation to obtain a refund. Incentives must not be concealed, and must be lawful and permitted for the feature.

Negative feedback is not removed merely because a Tutor dislikes it. A review may be restricted for inauthenticity, harassment, private-data disclosure, unlawful material or another identified rule violation. A report should identify the review and reason, not demand a positive rating. RALMIX may request proportionate evidence of the relevant experience without publishing private Lesson records.

7. Educational honesty and content

Do not solicit cheating, impersonation in assessments, false certificates, fraudulent recommendations or illegal teaching services. Appropriate tutoring, explanation and practice are permitted within the rules governing the learner's work.

Do not distribute malware, unlawful sexual material, violent threats, hate content or exploitative content. Do not upload another rights holder's work without permission or a valid legal exception. The Acceptable Use Policy and Copyright / DMCA Policy provide further details.

8. Reporting and enforcement

Use existing support, https://ralmix.top/contact/ or ralmix.top@gmail.com to report a concern. Provide the location, relevant account or Lesson, date/time and reason. Do not run your own sting operation or collect additional private data to “prove” a breach. In immediate danger, contact appropriate emergency services.

RALMIX may request correction, remove content, restrict a feature, suspend or terminate access in proportion to the seriousness and evidence. It may take a temporary protective measure before reaching a final conclusion. It does not promise continuous human review of every communication. Affected Users may seek review under Complaints, Investigations & Appeals. Honest reports and lawful criticism must not lead to retaliation.
