Parent / Guardian Agreement

Role and Responsibility

A parent or guardian may create, supervise, or support a minor student account where permitted by applicable law. The parent or guardian is responsible for information supplied on the student’s behalf and for reviewing the Terms of Use, Student Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Child Safety & Safeguarding Policy.

Lessons and Payments

Bookings, cancellations, refunds, and any payments are governed by the Payment Terms and Refund Policy shown for the relevant service. A parent or guardian should review lesson details, tutor communications, and account activity.

Safety and Communication

Parents and guardians should use the reporting route described in the Child Safety & Safeguarding Policy and report inappropriate behaviour promptly. Tutor communication must remain professional and related to the learning service.

Privacy and Media

Parents and guardians should consider what information, image, audio, or video is visible during a lesson. RALMIX does not treat this agreement as permission to publish or record content where separate consent is required.
