Learning Account

Bookings

Students are responsible for attending lessons on time, checking schedules and time zones, preparing required materials, and following cancellation rules.

Respectful Learning

Students must communicate respectfully with tutors, classmates, support agents, and community members. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior is not permitted.

Learning Results

RALMIX may provide recommendations, practice materials, AI assistance, and tutor matching, but specific learning outcomes depend on attendance, practice, level, goals, and external factors.

Minors

Where students are under the age required by local law, a parent or guardian should review and consent to account creation, payments, lessons, and data processing.
