Child Safety & Safeguarding Policy

Scope

This policy applies to tutors, students, parents and guardians, platform users, online lessons, chats, video calls, and content uploaded to RALMIX.

Minors and Guardians

A minor may use RALMIX only in accordance with applicable law and the account flow presented by RALMIX. A parent or guardian should review the Parent / Guardian Agreement and supervise use where appropriate. This policy does not create a new age threshold.

Tutor-Child Communication

Communication must be professional, educational, and respectful. Grooming, sexualised conduct, threats, harassment, coercion, abuse, or attempts to create an inappropriate personal relationship are prohibited.

Personal Information

Users must not unjustifiably request a child’s home address, identity documents, banking information, private credentials, or other sensitive information. Share only what is needed for the service.

Lessons and Video

Participants must behave appropriately during lessons and must not display illegal, exploitative, or inappropriate material. Camera and microphone use is addressed in the Online Classroom & Video Call Policy.

Reporting and Enforcement

Report a safety concern through the existing Help Center or support route. RALMIX may investigate, preserve relevant records, restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or take other action under the Terms of Use. RALMIX does not promise continuous human monitoring.
