Online Classroom & Video Call Policy

Camera and Microphone

Participants control whether their camera and microphone are enabled, subject to the lesson interface and browser permissions. Each participant is responsible for the surrounding environment and must not show illegal or inappropriate material.

Recording and Screenshots

RALMIX’s published classroom is video-only and does not provide lesson recording, transcription, hidden monitoring, or classroom chat. Users must not record, screenshot, or publish another participant’s lesson without any consent required by law and the applicable policies.

Privacy

Other lesson participants may see or hear what enters an enabled camera or microphone. Avoid displaying unnecessary personal, confidential, or sensitive information.

Children and Behaviour

Lessons involving minors must follow the Child Safety & Safeguarding Policy. All participants must also follow the Community Guidelines, Tutor Code of Conduct, and Acceptable Use Policy.

Technical Limitations

RALMIX does not guarantee uninterrupted calls. Connection failures, latency, browser incompatibility, device problems, and user-side network limitations may affect a lesson.
